First step in health and fitness is take a decision for your self that you are going to change your life starting from today. Then exercises, lifting weights, doing cardio workouts, aerobics, Pilates, boot camps and the list goes and goes. when it comes to the youth most of the youngsters looking only to build up muscles and get in to a shape so fast . Then young girls , they want to tone up there body, reduce the stomach and get in to '0' figure. other part is little bit old age people, and they all want is no matter what ever it happened's they wanna stay fit and healthy and they don't care about building muscles. Then middle aged old women all they want is reduce the weight ( most of them) and looks good. No matter how many workouts you do in a week , no matter how many weights you lift in a exercise,and no matter how many exercise you do to reduce your wight,fat loss, get in to a shape or weight gain.., if you don't follow a good diet with your workout then you won't get the result that you looking for.
